I’m 66 today.
Robert and I don’t live together anymore.
Sometimes Susan and I meet for a cup of coffee in Lisa’s bakery.
When Michael found out the truth, he hugged me and said,
“Mom, she saved me when I was a baby, and decades later you saved her family.”
I smiled through tears.
At 65, I realized that the value of a woman does not depend on whether the husband is staying with her or deciding to leave.
Sometimes the biggest win is not revenge. It is the ability to find the strength to live a life with dignity and to show compassion even to a person who once broke your heart.
❤️What would you do? Could you help your husband’s mistress if her family were to suffer a terrible misfortune, or would she NEVER forgive her? Share your opinion in the comments! 👇😭!!️
